Does anyone know the part numbers for the front and back Z51 sway bars. I called my local dealer to order and they could not find the part numbers. I want to upgrade my C6 bars.

yea to a point notice how most of the rear bars are Z-51 size Z06 Z51 front bars are the same size If you have a base model get the bars for a Z-51 and poly bushings and YOU WILL BE AMAZED!!! if you put the Z06 bar on the rear of base or Z51 it will not handle the right way

Is putting the Z51 bars on a Base model a self-help project?

GM Parts only has a listing for the front one. I am looking for the bars also, can someone please give us the correct part numbers for front and back bars.

Thank you.

But most likely you will have to get an alignment correct.

Don't worry, Sway bars have absolutely NO affect on alignment.

Sorry. Go to C6 General Discussion. At top of page click on " Sticky: C6 FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) (Multi-page thread 1 2 3 ... Last Page)" Scroll down to the section titled "MODS". The Z51 sway bar installation is in there.

Thanks for the referrals.

To order you go to the front page at www.gmpartshouse.com. Click where it says search by gm part number. Use part number c6z51bars and be sure to select Chevrolet make.

We have a large shipment coming next week and then we'll get them out to you.

Thanks, Gene.
