Default C6 HUD conversion

Has anyone added HUD to a C6 that didn't come factory with it? I'm curious to see what all is involved. The conversion on my C5 was cake. But it looks like a C6 conversion may be more complicated. Thanks to all

Search around, there is a guy on here that sells a harness he designed that will allow you to add the HUD.

The wiring is no problem if you buy a custom harness from one of the guys selling them, The most difficult part of the install is that you must remove the dash or at least unbolt it enought to slide the HUD under. I really should not say difficult because it is not really difficult , just time consuming.

Will it still be able to measure the G force or do you need to add some sort of module. How much do those harnesses run??

Anybody know how much it costs for the unit, harness and whatever else you need for the install.

Yes, it is time consuming, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to do it.

There is a guy on eBay that sells all needed parts for $420. I live near Houston and there is a guy that supplies all parts and installs HUD for $600. I am considering adding it as well.

I'm in League City near NASA. I'd need a bit of a heads up though as I'm low on parts.
