Can the C6's do the Ziptie Mod to the stock intake/airbox?

Cause thats what I'm running on my C5Z and you can see the results in my sig.

10.92@123! All that with just a Vararam? Wow I should have got one of them things!
What would your car run with a LPE in its place? Just having killer numbers and one of your mods is a Vararam substantiates nothing.

yes you are right, you should get a vr. the vr gave me 12.91 to 12.38 and with the fast intake and porting my gains were also huge, could it be because the vr is supplying the air i need all i know is it works and until someone puts a different cai on with bolt/ons and beats my times, then i will take a second look

I've got a Vararam and while the performance seems to be there it's really cheesy in terms of quality, fit and finish compared to the Callaway or Lingenfelter.. If I had it to do over I think Callaway would be my pick just based upon quality fit and finish.. This is not a scientific comparison, just my opinion.

Doesnt look like anyone can beat your times. You obviously are a man who knows what hes doing behind the wheel. Not looking to get in a pissing contest with you but until you take your car and run it with all things being equal with the exception of the two different intakes, its not substantiated or proved in any shape or form. But you being a big dog at the drags already know that.

how do people come to this assumption, when installed properly the fit is perfect the power gain is the most the idea is logical. and as far as appearance plastic is plastic. the plastic vr uses is the same the others use
