I just got my car tuned by Charlie at RPM. It makes awesome power and he is a fantastic tuner!! I have headers installed with no cats and my check engine light came on. Then I had it tuned and the check engine light is now off. A day later the check engine is on again. What is going on here? What do I need to look for? Do I need to unplug the battery to clear the light?
Also if the light is on is it effecting my performance any?

You're probably right about it being the O2s but you'll need to read the DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) just to be sure.
Unplugging the battery will only clear the CEL if the problem was a one-time occurence that came and went. If that's not the case however, as soon as you reconnect the battery and run the car again it'll most likely reappear.
So you guys think the first thing I would do is to disconnect the battery and see if it goes away? Or should I just wait take it to RPM? only problem with that is the shop is an hour away from me and I only have time to do it on the weekend.

Chase, probably an O2 code - not to worry - buzz back on the weekend or any evening - usually here until 10 PM...

Erasing a code thinking it makes it all better makes no sense. You would at least want to see what tripped.
