I want to do this package but still want driveability. Also, what kind of gain should I expect?

Completely depends on the over all setup of the car and the package.

There is no reason that you can not see 70 + HP even with a milder camshaft.

Some of the larger packages have produced another 150 or more.

I am more than happy to speak with you about any one of our custom setups.

Drivability is really dependent on one's tolerance levels but there are some truly streetable/daily drivable heads and cam cars out there for sure.
A good heads and cam package can deliver anywhere from an extra 80rwhp (mild) on up to an extra 150rwhp (radical cam).
Among the many set ups/combos available, Cartek Racing (www.cartek.net) has an excellent reputation with all areas of performance with late model Corvettes and does specialize in well balanced heads and cam packages.

I gained 107 rwhp and 75 rwtq with a DTE H/C package. I went with a mild cam and told Phil that driveability and reliability were my main concern and the numbers were secondary.

This package is what you want. I'm in Colorado Springs. Send me a PM if its what you think you want.

Here is the thread. Driveability is just like stock. The power is far from stock. Its 4900.00 installed.
