Default Performance Rotor Wear

I recently pointed out a wave type look on the rotor surface of my drilled rotors (factory) to the sales staff of my 06 vette. After a day at the service shop I was told it was a "normal wear look" of this type high performance brake system. Anyone have the same look on theirs????

I personally don't consider drilled rotors "high performance", but that's just me.

I have Baer decelarotors which are drilled and slotted. After 8,000 miles the wear pattern is smooth and consistant.

A picture would help.

I'd say a pic or drawing would help a lot. I've never seen a wave pattern before on any rotor so I have no idea what you're describing.

D&S rotors are bling rotors, not performance.

Yes. I have exactly the same wave of ridges on my factory cross drilled rotors. I never asked the dealer about it though. Ceramic pads didn't make any difference either.
