I have used Yank Torque Converters for 8 years and they always deliver. I my other car, the SS4000 has performed great and has tons of track use in the 1.5-1.6 range on 60fts. I would call Yank and they will help you in selecting the right converter for your application. The SS4000 only weighed 28lbs 8oz compared to the stock converter (55 lbs).
With that setup and the Lingenfelter package he already had in there, we were able to knock out an 11.38 last night. Although that number may not seem overly impressive at first, I think it is considering we were at Speedworld near Phoenix and running in a DA of approximately 2200 ft.
