If I floor my car then have to slam on the brakes they are hard as a rock and do not want to function. If I floor it then wait a second they are fine.
Is there a vaccum booster on these cars? Anyone have this problem? I have been building performance engines and cars for years and have never ran acrossed this problem.

I've never seen a production vehicle that didn't have a vacuum booster.
My car, even with a supercharger, has no issues with brake vacuum going away. The check valve for your brake booster is right on it, at the beginning of the hose that leaves it. You can find the booster by looking at where the brake fluid reservoir is; pull it out (it pops off very easily) and check that it is working correctly...

You are showing your young age. Us OLD guys remember plenty of production cars that did not have "POWER" brakes. They didn't have vacuum boosters, you just had to stand on them to get them to stop!
There is not a car made today(with booster setup) that you can floor the gas then hit the brake and have perfect brakes. That's why so many manufactures are going with electric motors for boost.
