What's the easiest way to increase HP by 30-40 without jeapordizing fuel consumption or voiding the warranty on a '06.

I think what you are asking is how to increase HP and improve gas consumption. Warranty issues are strictly up to the dealer. Most dealers will honor a warranty claim if the modification had nothing to do with the failure. That being said, install a set of longtube headers.

I picked up 34HP on the Dyno and get 33.5 MPG on the highway at 75MPH.

Air flow mods will do just that. Headers are a good start. Heads are another. The L92 heads arent readily noticeable. Both of them are good for about 25-30HP on their own.

A tune is needed with both and a tune is good for 15HP.

I think it was SLP that used headers, L92 heads, and tune and got about 415rwhp on a LS2 with the stock cam.

Thats 70HP but you only wanted 30-40 so you're good.
