Default Which headers

Do a search on this subject and you will find enough material to keep you reading into the weekend. Stick with one of the major brands and you won't go wrong. And for a forced induction situation 1 7/8" might be a good choice and LG is now making a set as well.

I have ran these on two different C6's and the fit, qulality, power, etc was

I resold them to a forum member when I added turbos and got a good amount of the purchase price back as well.

I installed Stainless Works headers and converters. Why - Recommended and installed by MTI Racing. They have done extensive research on the products they promote.

LG, ARH, and Kooks are generally viewed as the top 3. Rest assured with a blown LS2 the minute power differences between the 3 (if there are any) will not be felt.

I second getting headers ceramic coated. I have had uncoated headers and coated, by far and away coated help to keep underhood temps down and to help speed up the exhaust gases in the headers.

Kooks and American Racing Headers are decent headers but IMO LG Pro long tube headers (made by Borla) are the best! Here's a link for further information.

http://www.lgmotorsports.com/catalog...04910e146f0d0e

I also recommend having them coated. From Jet Hott: "The coating promotes denser, more potent fuel/air charges by insulating the engine bay from exhaust heat. Also, it accelerates the pulsed-vacuum effect on “tuned” headers, resulting in more effective scavenging of cylinders. The increased velocity of exhaust gases produced by higher exit inertia not only clears each cylinder more quickly; it also draws in the next fuel/air charge more efficiently."

Why settle for anything less? Go with the best...LG Pro long tube headers!

I've had KOOKS for 3 great years but would probably go to LG's next based on the reports and numbers I've seen. I wouldn't even consider the others.
