HELP!!! Pushing the start button does nothing

I got a 05 corvette wrecked and I am rebuilding it 3 weeks ago took it for my first test drive everything was fine...only problems i had was no speedo and radio locked took it to Chevy dealer today and unlocked radio and i asked them about speedo they said check wiring going into cluster so i did everything looked good when i put it all back together car would not start radio and everything works fine just when i push the start button nothing... help what do i need to check?

is there a message on the DIC??Like "NO FOB DETECTED"??

Nope, I got it to start last night i had to push it up then down then up three time before it started

The push button and its wires are right there in the gauge cluster. Any chance you yanked on something accidentally while you were checking the speedo?
