Default Help,help,help

To my fellow C6 owners out there with FOB info. Our C6 FOB is not being detected. I have two and neither is working. I can get in it but thats all I can do. I followed the manual instr. and reset them both but no success. My husband is working over-seas and our Corvette is out there parked at a gas station all alone. Any suggestions, Please.

I'm assuming you tried the relearn in the owner"s manual?

There was something on here a few days ago about the FOB acting funny at a gas station. Apparently there was some signal interference. Is it possible to push the car further away from any of the pumps or gadgetry? How about trying a jumpstart and at least getting the car home.

Default You assume right

I haven't tried jumping it off yet. How far away does it need to be. We get gas at this station all the time and never had any prob like this. I tremble at the thought of towing.

Try this:

Place the transmitter in the glove box
transmitter pocket with the buttons facing towards the
passenger’s side. Then, with the vehicle in PARK (P) for
an automatic transmission press the break pedal and the
START button, or if your vehicle has a manual
transmission, press the clutch and the START button.

Good luck!

Thanks guys. I appreciate your time. We tried the transmitter thing, it didn't work, we tried jumping it off, it didn't work. The guy in the store said he has trouble with his keyless entry in front of that store to. So me and my son decided along wth the suggestion of another member to get the car away from the building, which we only backed about 8 ft. and the baby started right up. Thank you Jesus. We will not be getting to close to that Shell again. Thanks Again.
