I was going about 35-40mph in second gear and my check engine light started flashing. Shifted into 3rd but before I could pull over it went away. Flashed for maybe 10 seconds at the most. Everything feels like it is running fine but now the exhaust seems louder. I can really notice it at idle. Thought maybe the exhaust might be leaking somewhere but the sound is exiting the tips.

If the light stops flashing and remains on steady,
see “If the Light Is On Steady” following.
If the light continues to flash, when it is safe to do so,
stop the vehicle. Find a safe place to park your vehicle.
Turn the engine off, wait at least 10 seconds and
restart the engine. If the light remains on steady,
see “If the Light Is On Steady” following. If the light is
still flashing, follow the previous steps, and see
your dealer for service as soon as possible.
