Mouse got in to right air box .chewed small part of parper air clean element up,an paper got sucked into motor,now check engine lite is on,should i check mass air flow sensor?

Do you still have you MAF screen in?
If you do the paper is likely resting on it, possibly even causing that Check Engine light.
Yes, you should check your MAF.
