I run them on my C5 with 3/8" spacers upfront. For the street they're fine, but if I was going to track seriously, I'd look into one of the expensive BBK's...
Depending on the size of the spacer you'll need longer studs or a wheel adapter. Also, your wheel/tire may stick out beyond the wheel well, which could crack your fender. NYC6 or EuroRod or someone running Z06 brakes would know.
There are many opinions, but few facts- like a definitive parts list for this conversion. It looks like it's going to be a headache and that the money could be spent elsewhere, like on a supercharger.......
A single definitive parts list is nearly impossible with so many options available.
IMO the Z06 brakes are somewhat of a bargain which explains their lower performance when compared to the more expensive Brembo/StopTech/etc. Perhaps the money could be more wisely spent but as an aesthetic mod to a non-track car, it is a significant change.
Unless you like dealing with rusty rotors you will need to paint or plate (Zinc) the OEM rotors, or better yet, use plated, aftermarket slotted rotors with the OEM calipers. SS brake lines, ceramic pads and higher quality brake fluid complete the generic parts list. $1900 +/-.

No the Master Cylinder does not have to be changed and the pedal feel is a bit firmer.

An increase in unsprung weight, but in the context of the entire swap the weight contribution of the spacers is much less than the rotors and calipers. Moving your wheels farther outboard may place your fenders in danger of being hit and damaged by the tires, especially if the car is lowered. An alignment is recommended as well.
