TPMS Tool Question
I found a few, but wasn't really sure about their ability to program various vehicles.

I bought the TIPS tool for $250 and it's easy to use and apparently is able to work with any tire pressure sensor. I programmed my new sensors with this tool with ease. Here it is.

I used to try and find these tools for forum members and they generally sold for $200 and up.
However, within the last year or so, 2 forum vendors have started to make them available.
Katech sells the basic model Bartec Trackside for $140, and Tire Rack sells the ATEQ VT10 for $105.
Neither of those tools can be upgraded if new sensors come out that require a different communication protocol to trigger them.
For 105 bux the ATEQ seems to be a great value for a completely universal tool that will trigger all current sensors out there that need a radio transmission to trigger them.
