Replacing the front driver side lower spoiler?

Replacing the front driver side lower spoiler?
Hi guys, I noticed that my driver side front lower spoiler have dropped down so I am thinking about replacing it.
Can someone tell me if this is a simple job and if it is, can someone tell me how to do it?
I have looked under the car and there does not seem to be any bolt holding the spoiler on. Any help will be appreciated.
Last question, since I am going to replace the driver side, should I just go ahead and replace both the center piece and the passenger side also?
PS, I made the mistake of placing this in the General section but realized that I will probably get more answers in the tech section.
