I like the ride of my base c6 but am looking at a another car that has coilovers. Can adjustable coilovers be adjusted to ride like my base susp or will they always be a bit more agressive?

Depends on who's coil overs you have. We have a number of different kits from non-adjustable to adjustable shocks.
Almost all of the coil overs on the market will allow you to adjust ride height. Some more than others, some have adjustable shocks and some do not.
Not all coil over kits are created equally. Do your research carefully. Stick with a name brand that has been in the industry and knows their product and the cars in and out.
I dont have any experience with eibachs nor do I know any vette owner with eibach coilovers. For me I would only be comfortable with pfadt, LG, or another proven setup (cant remember the name starts with an M).
I just had Pfadt coil overs and sway bars installed on my 05. I race it a dozen times a year on the drag strip. The ride and handling on the street is unbelievable. It rides like a new car. The shocks are adjustable with 16 settings. On the strip I changed the settings and got my best 60 foot times with no wheel hop. went from 11.70 to 11.50 just with suspension and seat time. I don't know anyone who installed Pfadt didn't like them.

what kind of 60's were you getting before the coil overs and what kind of 60's did you get after the install. im just wondering because i have new coil overs with poly bushings just sitting at my house waiting to be installed and the main reason i bought them was to help out on my 1/4 mile.

Quick question, does going to a coilover set up drop lbs?
Depends on which you buy. Some coilovers are only a shock replacement that leave the leaf spring in place so you end up with additional weight (and a stiffer ride). Some replace the leaf spring and rely only on the coilover spring for suspension.
