No it wasn't designed to be an overlay, lol although it may fit. It is supposed to be a replacement piece. I have been on the phone with my manufacturere just about all day today and I am trying to get these things revised so we can get a piece that will work. It may have just been a bad batch, we dont know. As I see it, it would need a few tabs to mount the reverse lights and also the lip up top needs to be a bit shorter. Cencal told me the tabs near tghe exhaust should work as you can re-use the bracket that comes on the OEM piece. As for the holes, typically we dont drill any just for the fact that if needed it could be adjusted and you wouldnt have holes where you dont need them (if it was off a bit)

Trust me I am working on a fix, I want to make these as nice as possible and user friendly as well (to a certain extent) I believe the market is pretty huge for these, so once we get them revised Cencal already told me he would be happy to test fit it for me before we decide to release them.

Thanks for the updated photos cencal.

Yes, that is clearly a size issue too.

I know all parties are working to resolve. Sorry you had to do all the labor for no return.

Rest better on this note: Once its fixed and on your car, it will look even more badass than it does today. It will be worth the wait!

I just removed mine on a lift without removing the inner wheel well cover. Took about 20 min using a 7mm box end wrench on the 6 inside screws.

Hope my new diffuser shows this week....
