No you need to break it down, into peices, I did my c-6 on jackstands with the rear wheels hanging,I removed the X pipe, and then poped off the rubber hangers bringing the mufflers toward the ground and over the rear axels.
The pipes have slits so they will expand when you are pulling them apart, remove the clamps and tap on the pipes with a rubber hammerand they will loosen.

Also suggest dropping the rear sway bar for more room.

If your C5 is an auto you may have to remove the shield on the right fuel tank. Dropping the sway bar on one side helps immensely.
