relay clicking but no electric radiator fans. Its dark and cold so I didn't look very far.

I'm guessing the motor blew up or the wires got against something hot.
I planned on running a jumper to the fan and if it works, work my way backwards to the relay.

Any common problems or suggestions would be appreciated.

The car is an 07 with a procharger and my own plumbing and radiator mount etc.

There is no relay; the fans are controlled by a small unit called a pulse width modulator which can vary their speed dynamically depending on engine temp and load.

That PWM unit on my car died. I found out by commanding it to come on, and when it didn't I jumped it and the fans came on; that told me the PWM unit was at fault. They are cheap to replace and can be accessed by jacking up the passenger front.

I had to just replace mine as well, it's the fan module..

I told them that was the problem. I was more than happy to fix it myself. I made the call. They know my car and the blower etc. Fixing it for free.
