The wire harness and ECM were done by current performance wire harness. Not by me. I hooked up everything but my cruise control and I have to mount a coolant temp for my gauge, so that wire isnt hooked up.
I tried to see if I could pull a code and it says it passes. Only thing I can think of is ECM or CPS. But with CPS i should still get a spark right if it wasnt working right?
hook up a scanner and see if you can read rpm while cranking, that will tell you if the crank sensor is working. double check grounds for the ecm as well

I have three grounds total that came on the wire harness and I have 3 that were on the car. Im going to def go thru each strand of harness.
The engine won't turn over if its VATS. Do the coils have power?
My tuner said the VATS isnt the issue or wont be a issue. I have the pin out for the ECM to check coils I will do that but I did test for spark at the wires. No spark there.
Also I noid tested the injectors and they are not pulsing at all.
