If you want spacers that are hub centric and quality check out - http://www.wheeladapter.com/

I have a Sierra 3500 Dually and needed hub centric spacers for my larger rear tires. If you want his credentials you can go to a dieselplace forum that I belong to and you can see that is the only ones they run. The ebay cheapos run on the studs. If you want something custom you can request it online. I called and spoke with him (Fred). He is a great guy and will answer your questions. Orderd online and had them in 2 days.

65 bucks for a pair of spacers is ridiculous.

I happen to agree and found a pair of machined and anodized ones for $20 on the web and they have worked fine.

Google the word spigot. Just a ring to mate the car hub and wheel bore if bore is to large.
