Change your tires. Almost any tire that will fit will ride better than the OEM Goodyear SuperCar tires. I would not own a C6 Corvette with the OEM Goodyears. With as little as 5000 miles or 1-2 years they stop performing. The Goodyears are also very noisy on concrete roads. They sound like a semi-truck tire whining.
I replaced mine with Michelin PS2 tires and the ride difference is amazing. I also replaced the shocks with Bilstein Sports.
I own both a C6 Z51 coupe and a Z06, two of the stiffest cars available, but with these changes they are very compliant.
Every little bump I come across on the road shakes my car...
What can I do to reduce this?
Better tires? (if so, which ones??) ... or do I have to go so far and get better shocks?
I feel like my car is going to break apart. But when I go over the same bumps in a 2008 Camry, it's like they don't even exist on the road. Is this one of the disadvantages of a low ride??? (no my car isn't lowered)
Koni FSD shocks and Michelin PS2 tires, that will be as good as it gets. I had a great improvement with this combination.
