Default Relay Click when Brake Applied

I just picked up my 2011 GS vert M6 from the museum yesterday.
On the way home I got to noticing a noise when I applied the brakes. Sounds like a relay clicking in the fuse panel area under the passenger footwell.
I can't believe this is a common thing on all vettes (but maybe it is).
Every time you mash the brake pedal you hear the relay click. Gets annoying after a while in stop and go traffic.

Is this common or do you think I have a bad relay or something?
I can take to dealer but wanted to know others experience first.

100% normal. My '08 does it, and so do all others judging on how often this comes up here.

I try not to drive in dead-silence, since it drives me crazy with little noises and such. I usually have the windows down, Fusion NPPs open and stereo on

I asked the dealer today and the tech pulled the schematic. Looks like the relay in the fuse panel. Since there is no actual cover for the fuse panel (just the carpet laying over it) there is nothing to absorb the sound.
I am going to try and put some insulation over the fuse panel and see if I can hide the sound this weekend.

That would be my recommendation.
