Default Lifter choices???

Morel I hear is the best. And they supply people like Lunati and such. Question is they start at $500.

GM High Performance Caddy Racing Lifters are about $250 - Heard some bad things about these actually

LS7 lifters are about $140 - for a mild lift like mine i hear the LS7 are more than capable. Is the Morel really worth the $360 difference?

Even with the GM High Performance Lifters what makes the Morels a better performance lifter. The stock LS2 lifters seemed to work before, and the LS7 ones are now the replacements.

I am going to be running a 403ci stroker with a 234/238 .602/.604 114 Cam. My lift isn't that crazy and the tuner may set the rev limit at say 6700 but i wouldn't really want to get that high probably 6500. Gonna be RoadRacing maybe 10 weekends a year with 90% daily driving.

I run the GM High Performance Caddy Racing Lifters and there was a noticeable improvement in valvetrain noise after a having it at a high rpms and then and then cruising at light load. The LS2's didn't seem like they stayed as pumped up or recovered as well...

Caddy liftes and NOT a single issue. Big cam with a 610 lift. My rev limit is 6850 and I have on valve train issues or excessive noise.
