Once a year or every 40,000 miles I change ALL fluids. For the auto trans I drop the pan, clean it, install new filter & check gasket, bolt pan back up, and refill. You may not need to do that, but it is a cheap peace of mind for me. My vet is an 07 A6 Z51 with over 105,000 miles on it. I hope this help you.
I own a 2006 base with just under 30,000 miles, original owner, trans fluid never changed yet. Is changing the fluid as simple as you make it sound in your post?? I've heard refilling is done from the top and there's very little clearance. If that's so, how do you handle refilling?? I'm fairly mechanically inclined and would consider doing it myself if it is that simple.
100k is for normal driving per GM, 50k for severe service which isn't hard to be classifed as. Personally I have mine change about every 30-40k on all of my cars and plan on 30k for the Vette.
As far as tires it depends on a lot of things. Climate, type of tire, type of driver, skill of driver, properly maintained pressure, etc.
The top performance tires seem to be around 15k, OEM Goodyears (non F1s was 30k for the fronts, ? on the rears. Mich Pilot A/S has a warranty for 45k miles.

I should have said that I have Corvettes of Houston do it. I am there next to him, because I like to see all work done on my Vet. As for the trans, they place the car on lift, support the trans with a brace, and loosed some rear bolts near the leaf spring.
I was told it had a non replace filter and it had a drain plug.So basically it was pull the plug drain and refill. Not needed to pull the pan.Is this correct or?

I always have them replace the filter for my A6 (auto) trans when they change the oil. I do not know if the M6 trans has a filter.

I wouldn't call it easy but it's can be a one man job if you know what you're doing and can get the car up high enough (should be done on a lift for best results).
Draining it isn't too difficult but you'll need some sort of pump to refill it.
