Rear O2 sensor extensions...HELP

Default Rear O2 sensor extensions...HELP
Anybody know where I can get a pair of these locally? I have my car on the lift and all taken apart. I'm located in South Florida. Vendor didn't include my rear 02 extensions in kit. I guess I should have checked before i started! Advance auto parts says they dont have them. What should I do?

What brand headers did you buy??? All the ones I looked at before I just got my LG's came with all the extensions.
