Probably one out there, I was looking for a 170 as a 180 isn't far from the factory 192.
I went with a 160 as they are easier to come by, dropped it in a pot of water on the stove and low and behold it opened all the way up at just under 180 degrees (178).

My car runs 180 on the highway year round with a 160. I'd recommend to the OP to get a 160.
Without a tune, however, the car will run 220 around town regardless of thermostat because the fan doesn't turn on past 50% until 217 degrees. And even with a tune, the car will run 192 around town with a 160 because the lowest you can turn the fan on is 192.

Forgot to mention that I have a Comp cam...VRX5 that was installed and tuned by Vengance Racing. They installed a 180 stat and tuned fans for that. Just need to know where to get a new one. Ron are you listening!!!l lol

I have the 160* SLP stats in our '09 and '02.
Stock stat temp is 187*
Cars run 172-176* on the highway just where i want it.
Edit: I noticed GMpartshouse has these available now for all engines.
