We have developed an aftermarket LS7 casting and it will work on a 4.00 bore!
Within this coming week I'll publish the flow numbers and pricing for all the applicable bore sizes.
This is a true LS7 configuration so all present LS7 manifolds will bolt up. The runner volume is in the 260cc range and flow, on a 4.030 bore, was 378 CFM
This will be a very affordable, great flowing head for large cammed, all-out small bore applications.
Call or PM with any questions..
Adding flow charts off 4.030 bore and pricing is now on the web site
That's awesome, it's a good thing I waited before buying the L76/L92 setup for my LS2. I can't wait to see these results; look like this will be the route I'm taking for my Vette.
so who is going to bolt these on a stock ls3 bottom end with a nice big cam and see what they can do?
Because flow numbers get me nowhere but I would like to see what these will put down. If you want to donate a set I am sure I can talk Ron into putting them on and sharing all the details of what they will do with a Vengeance cam and fast combo.

I understand if the flow numbers don't float your boat and at the appropriate time (as in the right car) I will bolt them on a good LS2 and a good LS3 combo.
Make no mistake that these heads need a larger cam than the average driver wants and a 4.10:1 gear to shine. Below 2,500 RPM this type of combination will give up 15-20 ft lbs of torque and feel "soft" compared to a 235 cc head...it will even up from 2,500-4,000 and after that they will absolutely shine.
thanks,
Charlie

Looks great Charlie! Run them with a .040" gasket and the compression bump from the gasket/62cc chambers should help cancel any low end loss from the larger runners
FWIW, the gentleman above has a BEAUTIFUL C6 with a very aggressive camshaft from Vengeance that produces just shy of 500rwhp on STOCK heads.. Working something out with him could be very beneficial to the both of you
