Might want to think hard before going to 3.73. It's not enough change for the money it costs IMHO. I made that mistake with one of my Mustangs...2.73 to 3.27. Waste of money, couldn't feel it on the street or track.
Go with 4.10's and you will feel it. And it only cut my mileage by 1.0 in my daily drive (I've tracked all mileage since new). With 4.10's I can get 0-60's in the 2.6-2.7 range on the track. It's not that good on the street but plenty good. The gears make the car feel 500 lbs lighter.
