I did mine with an air die grinder with a carbide bit to remove the material and then used some sanding attachments on the die grinder to cleanup the rough spots. I did the final sanding by hand, starting with 100 grit working my way to 600 and then hand polished it. I found a diy on ls1 tech that had some good directions and pictures.

Thats cool, I am looking for what I can do for ultimate port..
I have a full access machine shop at my disposal..
I am looking to get it maxxed out and do it some justice..
ANy pics of yours?

Any thoughts to the $150 CNC ported TB from Byunspeed?

I just made 421whp with the ported TB, Halltech intake, and OBX headers/catless xpipe--no tune, just the stock ECU
