Default problem with interior temperature setting

If the exterior temp reading is less than the thermostat setting ie 60 inside and say 55 outside the heat comes on full on the drivers side and never turns off. All functions work on the passenger side properly. It's as if the interior drivers side thermostat is never satisified. I recently had a shop do the HUD replace using the cut duct method described in this forum. Any ideas.

Take your car back to the shop that did your HUD instalation. They probably disconnected the driver's side in car sensor. The sensor inlet is on the lower IP to the left of the engine start button.

aj15479,
Did you ever figure out the cause of the problem?
