Forgive me for not mentioning this but this all started by my car heating to well over 260 and my reduce engine power message came on, my engine coolant overheating light came on all while in traffic and it has done it twice but only while in traffic. Those times I shut it off at 220 just so it wouldn't overheat like that again. But like I said radiator fan only comes on sometimes, or it will not come on at all and let the engine overheat till the messages all come on again
