Factory converter, Factory camshaft, and 2.73 factory gears. Sometimes u just have to do all the research your self and ingnore all the smoke and mirrors that vendors can put up. And see what other guys are doing with sucess and take what they do and what knowledge u have an add those together it worked for me................... it can work for u too
Dang, man...nice runs. It looks like you have the heads and 2:73 gears where my heads are stock and I have the 2:56 gears. I am guessing your car is an 05 with the A4 tranny. Strange, my MPH times have rarely been under 118 and they say MPH is an indicator of your HP figures. I am sure I'm not making the HP you are. Might be the transmission. I know you're happy with your 11.99 and I would be happy with that too. Thanks for posting.

So where can you find pricing etc.. on this vmax throttle body? If I'm looking at the correct web site it is not working.

Seeing how impressed you are with a throttle body change, you should change the cam and let us know what you think!

Call Pete owner of Vmax at 813 469-4665 very knowledgeable person on Corvette performance and developer of the CNC ported Vmax. He will fix you up. Tell him Jerry sent you...he might give ME a discount some day...lol.

I wish I could afford it, but it looks like my next mod will be an LSXR 102 intake. After reading the responses on this thread and links to others, the intake looks like the best mod for under a $grand. The cam upgrade has got to be minimum $1500. Both will require a $500 dyno tune for sure.

I just bought a complete Z06 exhaust sytem from headers to exhaust tips, I might consider reselling those to help with Fast expenses...lol.

Called him a little bit ago and as soon as the weather breaks here in NY I'm going to move forward with this mod. Here is very knowledgeable.

Default take your time

One step at a time, thats what u can do. That way u can see what each mod does and does not do. I tested after each mod, my tuner charged me 200 to do original tune then each mod was no charge . Unless i added a camshaft then that had a charge. One thing i paid for was dyno time which was 100 so find someone who cares about u and your tune. Not someone who wants to take advantage of u every time to make a simple change. MY next mod will be high stall converter, will let u guys know what it picks up at the track. That way everyone can decide if its worth spending 1500 at least for what ever it picks up.

Changeing your intake will help alot, the ls2 intake is the worst so change it and get it tuned will see a difference. Rev extreme is making a torque converter ive been talking to tracy over thier i think i will use my car to test it out. Then will definetly let everyone know how it works good or bad.......................

When you really like a product, it's real easy to brag on it. I hope you sell tons of them. If I could just get a really good price on an LSXR 102 now, I would do some more bragging...lol.

Paris you should be able to get the Fast from Bob at PeakSpeed ported for $950. He does price match and does a nice job on the porting. if not Randi@RaginRacin will sell ported for $950.
