Haven't done it yet myself but know a handful of people here locally, ridden in their cars, and their trans tune made the shifts pop. No GTR or Ferrari speeds but definitely noticeable when compared to stock settings. I can hit the paddle at 6k and it will take it to almost rev limiter to actually shift; that's pathetic. These other guys can go right to the limiter and hit the paddle without hitting the limiter.
Don't know what's being changed but can confirm whatever it is works from my own eyes.
Well you can call me a skeptic then. I'd have to see one of the vendors actually claim that they can reduce the delay, and to my knowledge, none have claimed that.
My car can't go anywhere NEAR 6k because it's accelerating too quickly in 1st and 2nd and the delay is too long to get that close to redline. I'd guess I would need to hit it around 5000 to shift around 6500.

Trust me....I regret daily that my car isn't a manual
I love road-coursing the car, but a manual would be so much better. I'm having my trans rebuilt now, so hopefully after the rebuild it'll hit gears like I want it to and behave better
