So I'm toying with the idea of putting a set of headers on my Vette and I've come across quite a few options with varying price ranges. I'm thinking about going with OBX. I've done a search on the forum and only saw one negative comment (about fitment) for them. Is anyone out running them and can you provide feedback, both positive and negative about them. I don't track my car and I'm just looking for a better sound with some performance gain. Thanks.

I've installed American Racing headers with their hi-flow cats & X-pipe plus Corsa Sport mufflers and a tune by ECS. Been on the car for several years with no problems & no issues with state inspection (NJ). Also added hi-temp woven sleeves on the plug wires. Definite power gain (seat-of-the-pants) & the exhaust sound is great.

My set up would be similar with the OBX headers and hi-flow cats, Corsa sports with Corsa Sports mufflers and a tune by Mayhem MS. I don't see any mention of coating on your headers. Is a coating of some sort something that should be considered?
