P0973 code 2005 a4

Check engine light came on in my 2005 A4. Tran seems to be stuck in two gears, Reading a PO973 code. Any suggestions what this might be and solutions.

I don't recall seeing that one before. I looked around here and found nothing. Looked on the net and found nothing related to Corvettes but a lot of Diesel trucks and Hondas.

Looks like a dealer visit is in order for proper diagnostics. Did find one case that turned out to be a simple neutral safety switch, but that is highly unlikely in your case.

P0973 = 1-2 shift solenoid (ss) control circuit low voltage TCM

This information is from the DTC codes for the LS2.
