(I have a 2013 GS) I really like this car. Except...The sound it makes... I have a M2W set up w/the key chain controller. When the NPP is closed it sounds like a...Prius? Not like a Corvette should sound. When the mufflers are open, there is SOOOOO much cabin drone sound that it's annoying to listen to. My wife can barely tolerate a ride in it because of the drone (me as well) and w/the mufflers closed it's WAY to quiet. I want it to sound deep & throaty not a drone. (I had Longtubes and Corsa Xtreme on my '08) W/my old exhaust system my wife didn't mind the sound, she even liked the popping sound on decel. I liked the sound it made a lot. What are my options to keep my cars warranty intact and get that sound back that the '08 had? Short of voiding my Warranty w/Longtubes and a tune do I have any options? Probably nothing I can do? I don't really want to wait 5 years listening to my two choices of drone or Prius. Any suggestions ?

You need the adjustable NPP kit from naked parts: http://www.nakidparts.com/id25.html
It allows you to leave the valves partially open even when in the closed mode. I've got it on mine, and it's very worthwhile. FYI you won't have to leave it open very much at all to get a nice mild tone without the drone that is way better than full closed.
