Check this. If you look at yours and it's different you could PM member Mpuzach. He did his '05 and will be able to tell you how to release the bag.

Oh, and if you're trying to change to a later wheel you need more than the new wheel, like an air bag and clock spring.

2. I did not need a wheel puller, but had one on standby just in case.
3. Yes, the wheel is splined.
The wheel is much like the 06 and once you get the airbag off, it's pretty straight forward.
BUT
Getting the airbag off is a major PIA. There are 4 small holes behind the wheel. You must take an Allen wrench and insert it in the hole and find a spring loaded clip. When you push it in, it will release that corner of the airbag. You do this by feel. There are 4 of them.
When you do release one, pull the airbag out slightly so it doesn't pop back in. If you pull too far, it creates stress on the other clips and the spring doesn't have any give too it and you'll never find it. If you need more guidance than this, shoot me a PM and I'll give you a shout. You don't live too far away. I work in Sunrise.
