This is my 1st Corvette and I need some help hooking/wiring up a shift light with the coil packs. On my Race-Cars they either hooked up to the coil or MSD box.It does have a factory Tach. could that be used to trigger the shift light,if so where is it located? Thanks

I found a SST-MAX shift light that you all you have to do is plug in to the OBDII port,it is very simple no extra wiring needed.Does anyone see a problem using this type of shift light? Thanks
I have the SST-Max light. It is awesome, works as advertised. I have been to the track once with it. I found that I had to set the shift pints for each gear slightly lower than where I wanted to shift; call it slow reaction or age, it works. Only caution I have is ensure that any slack is neatly put away. I hit the cable where is the area where it plugged into the OBD port; once corrected no issues.
