please help Billy
I also have a 2006 C6 Z51, with a manual gearbox, and the DeWitt's radiator with integral TOC and EOC (i.e. four oil lines). I installed it myself and it fits fine. Actually, it fits better than the stock unit, because the length and position of the DeWitt's water fittings makes hose clamps easier to access.
In your profile you mention that the shop claims the radiator would interfere with the sway bar. I'm not sure how this is possible. Big aluminum dowels on the bottom of radiator secure it to the radiator support, and the electric fan assembly slips into slotted stand-offs welded to the radiator itself. Once everything is together, the fan is the thing closest to the sway bar, but on my car there's still about 1.5 inches of clearance at the closest point.
The only fit issue I ran into was the hard line at the bottom of the left-hand oil cooler. It didn't quite want to click into place with the stock plastic clamp attached, so I had to substitute a zip tie at that one location. No big deal.
I think you need to find another shop. Sorry I don't know any to recommend in your area.

I had a Chevy dealer install mine, same model as yours, into my '12 GS. No issues. The DeWitts is an outstanding radiator. I have an A-6 transmission and wanted additional cooling for engine oil and transmission. Turns out my driving skills are advancing quickly so will have to increase cooling capacity...
[called de witts they had the 2nd garage take pictures the 2nd shop is a friend from high school who said the same things the first shop said this is a night mare i have replaced 4 radiators in different cars no problem.ill let you guys know what happened thanks to all Billy
Wow that's a shocker, DeWitts prides themselves with the "drop-in" radiator replacement. They must have done a zillion of these. These install from the bottom of the car, but you may already know that.
well my dewitts radiator is going back john at dewitts is a good man and is going to refund me and if he finds something out about the radiator i will post it thanks this forum has been a great source of information and encouragement hope to be driving the vett soon
