GM nav install
You will need a OEM Nav antenna, but that you can either double stick tape to the top of the duct work, or go slightly to the left of that location and install in the factory location (use the pin for the front of the mount, while on the back pin location, use a zip tie since it requires the dash to be removed to get the back pin in.
As for the mic, the harness is already there, but will need to pick up a OEM mic and cut the hole in the A pillar cover to install the mic.
If you don't have a Bose system in your car, then you will need to tape the main wiring harnesses for the needed VSS wire and connector to the deck.
As for the last part, if this is a used nav unit, then once you get it installed, you will need to take the car to the dealer (or someone that has a Tech II), so the radio can be flashed clear and marry to your car (it's now married to the car is was in before, so will be in a locked state when you try to power it up in your car). The dealers charge around $100 to clear the radio so it can marry to your car.
Trust is, unless you just have to have Nav directions in the Hud, a after market Nav unit has way, way more features, and often cheaper in the long run instead. The nav antenna is going to run around $50, another $50 for the mic, then the dealer charger of $100 or more to marry the OEM Nav unit to your car. And if the map disc is not current, then another $150 for that.
