100% you are going to notice it.

I'd suggest yet again that you spend a few bucks with a great tuner, or better yet, do what I did and buy HP Tuners and learn it. I tamed my cam no problem with a little advice here and a little time spent.

Can you post up your current dyno sheet? Will help advise what you may gain down low with a smaller cam.

There's not another tuner local to me I would use. The bucking is mainly below 2k but definitely hiccups a little between 2-3k rpms. Also light throttle feels like a loaded carbureted car, like the car is held back until you lay into it. Here's my dyno sheet:

I found this guys build which is almost identical to what I have now minus the cam. Car made 471/442 with port matched Fast 92mm, tea 2.5 243 heads, and btr stage 2 cam.

Can't really compare those dynos. The only dynos that compare are Dynojet then their weather stations are properly calibrated and sae correction is used on both. And the Dynojet is amazingly comparable across the country.

So then looking at my dyno sheet alone, what are your thoughts about the outcome between the two cams?

Not quite the BTR cam, but I ran a 226/234 114+2 in my LS3 for a while before adding a blower and blower cam. Not perfect manners, but pretty damn good. It did 465rwhp in a stock headed LS3 with 1.75" LT's and 4:10 gears. A 228/232 115+3 (LXL lobes) would be my choice today for an LS2 that needed good street manners. 0 overlap would make it easily tunable. You'd give up a little power, but you'd also love your Vette again

I'm not expecting perfect manners with a cammed car. I would like it to drive similar to my C6Z I had with a 235/243 113* cam. It drove plenty good enough. So I'm hoping the Btr stage 2 will get me there. Should be close I would think. I still want a good sound at idle also. I'm worried about going to modest for fear of losing too much power if that makes sense
