Default Stop calling it a recall!!!!

Please stop calling the letter you got from GM about your clutch, A recall. It is not a RECALL! Please read it carefully.

Thank You

It's only a recall when you are left stranded? It's wait and see what happens. If no issue then, no replacement. If you are stranded because the clutch pedal is on the floor, it's a recall. Thanks GM.

One would think of improving the GM image would be to correct a poor design. The seat rail is another item that could've been fixed easily. Although maybe not as dangerous and inconvenient.

Please I do not want to hear about planned obsolescence either.

Just brought my car in for the (low beam) recall. There corvette mechanic/service manager said that the paper (clutch) is a simple advisory at this time......but WILL become a recall within the next few months.... said they just had a meeting regarding the issue.
