Is it different from a regular C6? There's a small screw on the top of the lens, you remove that and then pull out the whole assembly. Change the bulb, then reinsert and put the screw back in.
T15 torxs tool to remove the top bolt on the housing, and the entire housing will pull out of the rear fender cover (tilt the top down and it will almost fall out on it own).
Hold the housing with your weak hand, then turn the entire bullb socket connector counter clockwise to unclip it from the housing.
Bulb will pull straight out, and you can install the new bulb back into the socket with a touch of dielectric grease on the socket connector tabs too keep it from burning out so quickly instead.
Also to point out, if you remove the passanger inside rear tail light, the entire rear light harness connector for all the tail lights is right there slightly downward. I point this out, since if you are having a problem with the rear tail lights after the bulb is replace, might be a good time to disconnect the harness connector so it can be cleaned, and a little dielectric grease on the connector pins so it does not have problems in the future.
and just for grins if you need to clean the rear hatch release button since you are in the area on the car as well.
Another thing worth noting. Be careful when reinstalling the lights. If you knock the top retaining clip off that the screw attaches to and it falls into the bumper, good luck finding it.

Yes... be careful with the clips. When I put in my taillight seals one fell into the rear fascia area. Lucky I was able to retrieve it. On the others I removed the clips and pinched them tight before putting them back with needle nose pliers to make sure they didn't do the same when reinstalling the other 3.
When you take out the lights, you'll see a dirt spot where water has pooled. Drill a 1/8" or larger hole at the center of the dirt spot to let water drain out. You'll never have drips down the rear bumper cover again.
