I have a 2008 base Manual corvette. Only mods are an original halltech intake and a Diablosport DiabLew tune. I installed the vitesse throttle controller today, made sure all connections were tight. When I tried to set it up, I went through the procedure and after depressing the gas pedal and pushing the A button to set the high voltage I got "err" and car now says "reduced power" "Service stability control". Is there something about my set-up that will not make the vitesse work? I've read about possible similar issues on Camaro forums with modified throttle bodies. Could my old style, higher flow intake or custom tune not mix with the vitesse? Any help would be appreciated.
All the Vitesse does is make your car think you are mashing the gas peddle harder/faster. One thing to try would be to re-coonect the peddle directly to the harness and slam the gas peddle to see if you get the same result. If so, the problem is likely with your tune.
I was looking at installing the Vitesse throttle control however, I am not so interested in the acceleration of the engine, but I would really like it to decelerate like and older car with a carburetor, I like that noise it makes when you decelerate fast.
Please help with any ideas

If you are looking for that gurgle/pop on decel, just keep it in Sport mode and use your paddle shifters, assuming you have the A6. Of course it helps to have NPP with M2W.

Did you unplug it and plug in your gas pedal to see if all is well without the controller
I got an error message but I just popped off the connector and reseated it , then calibration when normal
a tune should have nothing to do with it , if you still have problems call Ahmed
If your connections aren't solid and/or your battery wasn't putting out a full 12 volts during calibration and at startup, you can get this error. Might want to check your battery if you haven't done so in a while. Otherwise, I agree with contacting Ahmed.
