You can also pressure test the intake by putting a pvc cap with a rubber hose on your throttle body. Put a air tool fitting on it and turn your compressor down to 10 pounds or so. It doesn't take much to hear a massive leak. You can then spray soapy water on it like you do when looking for a tire leak.
Vacuum leak won't cause this, I know from experience. Plus a vacuum leak will set a P0420/430 code.
I suspect the throttle body is bad as well. It does happen. Sometimes it is an accelerator pedal problem.
Can you run the codes and report up? Not all codes will set a CEL (though the throttle body ones certainly will).
Possible it is the Maf as well, it won't hurt to clean the maf with maf cleaner, but be gentle as these are delicate devices. Any chance the maf isn't installed properly or the wires are loose? Along those lines, look at all the wiring at the maf and throttle body and ensure everything is plugged in well. You might also remove the negative battery cable for a few minutes to "reboot" the car. I've had to do that a couple of times.
