Default Block priming plug

I haven't started/run my car in about 7 months. It has undergone a cam swap, new heads, lifters, and a blower. I have made an improvised priming tool using a garden sprayer. I need to know the size of the priming plug so that I can buy a fitting to mate to itName: photo480.jpg

M16x1.5

https://www.summitracing.com/int/par...2268/overview/

It uses the same size threads as the oil pressure sensor behind the intake manifold.

push the throttle to the floor hold it down, push start button, it will not fire and will stop cranking when you take your finger off the button

I forgot to mention that this is also a new melling stock replacement oil pump. After trying to turn the motor over, we get no pressure after running the motor for 15 seconds. The question now is, what PSI are you guys priming the oil gallery's at and how much oil are you forcing in there?

20psi is fine and enough oil until you see it at the rockers.

The gauge on the dash should not register until the motor starts so you won't see oil press there even if turning the motor over for a long time.
