Default Coolent problem

Hi there

am very glad to be a part of this great forum , i have just registered but am following years ago .

to start with , i have just my car from the tuner and after crusing for about 300 miles the engine temperature raised up and i had to stop beside i notce the coolent coming out from the surge tank side hose
and the same problem keeping repeating whenever i full with coolant and go for a short ride it start flushing again from the tank hose .
i believe it should be from the cap or the thermostat
any help will be appreciated .

Make sure that the cooling fans come on when it gets hot. The fans will have a variable speed and increases as the temps go higher. If they don't, check the fan connector as they are know to melt at the pins inside the connection.
The thermostat could be stuck but usually it would give problems right away. Make sure while the car is warming up and at full temps, that both the upper and lower radiator hoses are hot to the touch equally.
Check for obstructions in front of the radiator.

Check combustion residue or coolant in oil. If it is constanty pushing fluid out, could be a bad head gasket, or bad seal, bad head (seen at least 2 PRC heads blow out with less than <500 miles).

have recently installed my prc heads with new gasket
to mention that my raditor is new as well a installed together with prc heads

i must add that the surge tank almost looks like boiling or bubbles just before it overflow and once turn off the key it start overflowing

Thanks guys ii fixed my problem
i did bleed out the system and i made sure no aielr suck in and placed a new cap .
it seems it was just a trapped air .
